ALLISON LUCE

Howard Hanna

Why do you want serve as Director: I believe that change is needed. I also believe that my perspective on what that change is could be drastically different if I were in a Director role. I can’t change the things that I don’t know, and this would allow me to have first hand knowledge of what is “really” important and not just what I think is important. I want to see how the industry looks top down.

Years in the Business: 6

Type of License Held:  Salesperson

Served as a NOR Director in the Past:  No

NOR Committee Participation: Grievance, Leadership Academy

NOR Presidents Sales Club Years—2015—2021

Ohio Realtor Committee Participation: None, but I have been brought on board with Hondros/Colibri to help teach our future real estate professionals.

Financial Oversight: I have a degree in Finance.  I worked in the financial world for 10 years both training and educating financial advisors across the US as well as implementing new processes to help achieve efficiency and automation.

Government Affairs: I was an integral part of the Swanton Local School Strategic Planning Committee where we defined the overall mission and vision statement for the district.  I also chaired the levy committee for the Swanton Schools back in 2010.  I enjoy helping others.

Communications:  I am huge with communicating but a firm believer in the timing of it.  I also believe that transparency is the key to success.

Strategic Planning:  I was an integral part of the Swanton Local School Strategic Planning Committee where we defined the overall mission and vision statement for the district.  I also chaired the levy committee for the Swanton Schools back in 2010.  I enjoy helping others.

Technology: I am a huge fan of technology when it works right.  Efficiency is key…but only if there is a personal touch with it.

Real Estate Trends: This market is quite the unusual one, but I am very in tune with how the market works.

Leadership Experience: Since I was young I have been picked out of the crowd as a leader.  I am always willing to step up and get it done.  I believe that is the only way to learn how things work.  I was a part of the NOR Leadership Academy and loved every moment of it.

Current and Past Community Involvement:  I am willing to get involved in any areas presented to me.  I am an active member of my BNI chapter serving as the Chapter President for two years.  I am very involved with our local school district (Otsego) and help with ongoing district events and sponsorships.  I give back to the community with both my time and the money I earn.  This year I have donated over $5k to the district to help feed kids, and provide financial assistance to areas that need it (golf/basketball needs, athletics trainer needs).
