Why do you want serve as Director: I want to be able to help shape the industry I have chosen as my profession. I look forward to helping my counterparts in real estate by helping to mold the industry in which we all love. I want to make a difference!

Financial Oversight: I ran my own construction company from 2008-2013, specializing in cost estimation, revenue and increment expenses.  I managed profit and loss statements as well as balance sheets.  I am familiar with QuickBooks and other financial applications.  Currently I am operating my own profit and loss statement for my real estate business.

Government Affairs: I have attended 2 Ohio Realtors state meetings and attended all education as well as recently voting for issues regarding Ohio Realtors as a delegate this past Fall.  I am looking forward to attending more.

Communications:  Besides taking communication classes in college, I have been networking the majority of my professional career in sales, ensuring to get to decision makers.  I have also learned to navigate the business field and reach people in the corporate ladders to help charities that I have been involved in raise money.

Strategic Planning:  2022 WCR team is currently in the strategic planning process for the 2022 year.  We are setting budgets, creating education speakers and networking events.

Technology: I currently use online platforms for lead generation and CRMs, photography and video.  I currently added AI to my lead follow up and Conversion Monster to touch clients multiple times without dialing phone numbers.

Real Estate Trends: All I can say is that there hasn’t been many trends since I was licensed.  This market has drastically changed due to Covid and other circumstances.  With that being said, I have been able to stay on Presidents Sales Club through the duration of my career.

Leadership Experience: I ran my own business through out the years as well as managed multiple sales teams and construction projects of all sizes.  I am on the Leadership Team of WCR for 2022 and I have attended 2 state conferences including 2021.

Current and Past Community Involvement:  I am involved with NOR’s Habitat for Humanity Play House Build, WCR as well as the MBA.  Next year, I will be Membership Director for WCR.  On a personal level I am active with my church and their charities as well as being active with Susan G Komen Race for the Cure.  In the past I have been part of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Wood County.
